How To Book

Due to the popularity of our courses we have the following guidelines in place. Please read through them before booking.

1. Make sure you allow plenty of time for course start. Our courses fill up very quickly and we would hate for you to be disappointed and not be able to get the course of your desire. Ensure you book as early as possible.
2. Once we have contacted you to confirm exactly what you wish to achieve, we require confirmation in writing from you of the booking, This can be emailed to info@peareductional.services. No booking is deemed confirmed without this notice.
3. A 20% deposit is required at the time of confirmation. We accept, cheques, bank transfer and Paypal. Our details will be provided once we have discussed your requirements.
4. At least One month before the course start final payment should be made.
5. At least two weeks before course start we will need the course information sheet returned, this should include all the relevant information for each participant, especially medical and dietary restraints.

Please ensure that these guidelines are adhered to, no booking is confirmed until we have:

• Spoken to you in detail in reference to your requirements
• Received written confirmation of agreement
• Received the 20% deposit.

PEAR Educational Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel bookings if the following conditions are not met:

• Full payment has been received at least one month before course start.
• Course information sheet has been received detailing all relevant information.
