All our accommodations are specifically chosen hotels that can cater for any needs and budget. They are also chosen for their geographical location to cater for all preferences
Accommodation (If required)
- The location and specific accommodation will be agreed upon during the booking stage and costs will have been included in the total fee
- During the stay, the students will have allocated rooms and should not be changed during the trip
- Whilst stopping at the hotel, the lead teacher oversees the student’s behaviour
- If there is an issue the first person to be notified should be the lead teacher, however if the teacher is unable to resolve the issue then contact PEAR and notify them of the problem
- All breakages will incur extra costs payable to the hotel
- All meals will have been booked in advance and are eaten in the hotel restaurant (if requested in advance it is possible ‘eat out’)
- On the leaving day, it is expected that all rooms are left in a similar condition to what they were found in.
Transportation (If required)
- Once a programme has been agreed upon, the required buses to complete the activities and costs will be calculated and agreed upon prior to the visit.

- If the group is coming from abroad, they will have a bus waiting for them at the airport to take them to their accommodations
- Everyday the bus will be waiting for them at 9.00 am unless another time has been agreed upon before hand
- All costs will include transportation to and from the activity sites and too and from the airport (if overseas)
- There will be additional fees if an extra bus journey is requested during the stay
